Very nicely composed. Vertical and horizontal lines of the trees, tangled web of branches, then repeated in the reflection. Good eye to catch that. At first glance I thought the lines would do better with B&W, but the green vegetation along the banks would be sorely missed, as you did a great job capturing the color. A lovely shot indeed.
